I just started a new relationship and was pointing out how I want to do things God's way. I will not fold on this. I've made too many mistakes in the past and lived wrongly. I want to do things right from here on out. I thought this scripture explained exactly what I'm feeling. I believe His word is flawless and if I stay under his protection by obeying and putting Him first in everything, I can't go wrong. Thank God this girl feels the same way. We are willing to put the Lord first above ourselves and let Him lead us through this journey. I trust in God's Holy Word and He will lead us on!

I think it is awesome that you are setting boundaries and goals for you relationship when it is so new. Too many people wait until it is too late. I bet God is smiling down on you now.
